Shipping policy

All Saint Studios products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for production and fulfillment before your order is shipped. Some custom products may require additional production time depending on demand, supplier availability, or the complexity of the item.

Estimated delivery times begin after production has been completed, not when the order is placed.

Please note:

• Most products are manufactured on demand and are not kept in stock.
• Production takes a minimum of 2 weeks before shipment.
• Shipping estimates are not guarantees.
• Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
• Orders returned due to incorrect shipping information may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided where available.

Because products are custom-made specifically for each customer, orders cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.
